Privacy
What Batchwell collects, why, who helps us run it, and what you can do about it. In plain language.
Last updated October 28, 2026
Batchwell is run by Willow & Watch LLC in College Station, Texas. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Willow & Watch LLC. Questions go to inquiries@willowandwatch.com.
This policy covers the Batchwell app at batchwell.app and this website at batchwell.co.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run Batchwell for you, and nothing for advertising.
- We don't sell your data, show ads or track you across other sites.
- Your business records are yours. Download them any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and records.
What we collect
Your account
Your email address and your name. We use your email to sign you in with a 6-digit code and to answer you when you write to us.
The business records you enter
Recipes, ingredient and packaging lots, suppliers, batches, stock counts, costs, prices, sales and anything else you type into Batchwell. We keep these so the app can show them back to you and the people you invite to your workspace.
Files you upload
Such as certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and batch photos.
Customer complaint records
If you log a customer complaint or reaction, that record may include the customer's name, contact details and a description of their health or reaction. You control that information and decide what goes into it. We store and process it on your behalf, only to provide Batchwell to you. Please log only what you need.
Shopify order imports
When you import Shopify's order export, Batchwell keeps only the order number, date, item, quantity and price. It doesn't keep customer names or addresses from the file.
This website
batchwell.co uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you.
What's stored on your device
If you lose signal mid-batch, your unsent edits are kept in your browser or app storage on your device until they're sent. Batchwell also remembers which workspace you chose on that device. Clearing your browser data removes these.
Who helps us run Batchwell
We use a few service providers to run Batchwell. They process data only to provide their service to us.
| Supabase | Database, sign-in and file storage |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, and privacy-friendly page analytics on batchwell.co |
| Resend | Sending sign-in emails |
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. We'd only disclose it if the law required us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and records while your account is active. Customer complaint records follow the 6-year retention period shown in the app.
Deleting your account
Today you can ask us to delete your account and records by emailing inquiries@willowandwatch.com. Deleting your account from inside the app is coming. We delete your data within 30 days of your request, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Getting your data out
Any time, go to More, then Backup, to download your records as spreadsheets or as one full backup file.
Keeping it safe
Batchwell is served over HTTPS. Sign-in uses one-time codes, so there's no password to steal or reuse. Each workspace's records are visible only to the people in it, according to their role. No system is perfectly secure, so if you think something is wrong, email us right away.
Children
Batchwell is a tool for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
